Yallo Roast Potatoes



1kg Maris Piper Potatoes
100ml Yallo Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil
Salt & Pepper to Season



Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas mark 6

Peel and cut potatoes into medium sized pieces.
Part boil for 10 minutes, the drain in a colander, season, and toss gently to roughen the outside.
Put the Yallo Cold pressed Rapeseed Oil into the Roasting tin and heat in the oven for a few minutes until hot.
Carefully put in the hot fat and roll and turn until coated in the hot fat.
Cook for 15 minutes then take out and turn oven, cooking for another 15 minutes. Turn then over again, and cook for another 10 minutes or until crispy and golden.
